Do You Have What It Takes to Be the Next GFA BD & Sales Associate?

GFA is looking for a Business Development & Sales Associate to drive sales across our ecosystem. You'll own the pipeline, work the leads, and close the deals.

Who we want

Someone outgoing. Someone who picks up the phone instead of waiting for the perfect email template. Someone who's confident enough to ask for the close and smart enough to know when to follow up instead of walk away.

If you've ever turned a "maybe later" into a "yes," we want to talk to you.

What you'll actually do

  • Chase down qualified leads, not cold outbound into the void
  • Run your own pipeline, your way, as long as nothing goes cold
  • Match the right offer to the right prospect
  • Close deals and get paid for closing them

The pay

The role is project-based, so the base rate is built around results. On top of that, you get a commission on every customer you close and get paid. The more you close, the more you make. No cap on your hustle.

Why this role doesn't suck

You're not stuck pitching one boring product to the same dead list. You've got real pipeline, real leads, and real upside. If you're good, you'll know it fast, because your commission will show it.
