#### What are the free airport pick-up times?

Airport to resort travel times is between 30 mins to 40 mins by car.  
Mornings – 11:00am  
After Lunch – 1:00pm  
Late Afternoon – 5:00pm

#### When is the best time to arrive and leave CNX?

There will be a lunch get together on Jan 3 so it is best to arrive in the morning.

The event will also end with a lunch gathering on Jan 5 so best to pick flights on Sunday evening. You could also request to stay an additional night on Sunday and leave Monday (**additional hotel night fee required for extension**)

#### What are the recommended airlines?

AirAsia is the cheapest and has a lot of flight options.

#### New Year Party Attire?

Casual.

#### If I bring my family, friend or partner how much are the fees?

The resort charges per person to cover food, transfers and accommodation.

**Members** and their plus one or family – $100/ person  
**Non-Members** and their plus one or family – $500/ person for participating attendees and $100/ person for non-participants

\*\*_Non-participants are those who stay with you in the resort but will not join the party or event schedule_.

#### Will I be getting my own room?

The resort has limited rooms. When you register early, you get the good room and have your own room to have alone or share with a partner, friend or family member. If you register late, you’ll have to share the room with other attendees.

#### Is there a beach/ water activities?

Chiang Mai is a mountain area, available water activities are limited to the pool only.
